Paper Secrets 1st Design Team Call!

I think it's time that Paper Secrets has a Design Team.
With all of this being new, we are going to keep it very casual for the 1st few months. This will give us a chance to see what works & what doesn't.
Our Design Team will be asked to do the following...
Add the DT blinkie (coming soon) to your blog
Blog your challenge projects with links to Paper Secrets
Complete at least 2 of the 4 challenges posted each month. (I will give you our monthly challenge details at least 2 weeks in advance)
Be active in the forum & gallery (you won't get busted for missing days when family needs to be your #1 priority, but I will ask that you do your best to let me know you will be MIA)
Participate in any blog hops or online events we may plan during your term
DT term will be 3 months but you can always apply for the following term. Your term will begin May 1st.

Selection Process...

complete at least 2 of the 4 March challenges posted
participate in the forum & gallery as you would if you were to be chosen as a DT member
A poll will go up in April asking our members to decide who should be chosen based on their participation & their March challenge entries.

Please keep in mind that this is our 1st Design Team & so we will all be learning together what will work best for the Paper Secrets team.

3 members will be chosen to join the team. There will not be an official compensation, but you will get some fun packages in the mail each month. I will also feature you on our blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I wish I didn't have to work so much but as long as my husband is unemployed I'm going to have to keep going. If only there were 48 hours in each day.......LOL

I haven't been an overly active member at the moment due to it being summer here, but now the weather is cooling off I will be spending more time scrapping. Would love to give the DT a go. I did the Christmas Blog hop and had such a great time participating in that so I am sure this would just as much fun.
