Help

I might have to pull out of this challenge. I have been trying to log in on my gallery, and my password does not work, so request another one, still it doesn't word, then on the third time it tells me I have been band from the site. I'm going to give one more day. I have my entry ready to upload for week 12. I'll try it again tomorrow. Why is this site so diffcult to sign in to.

I checked your profile in the gallery & everything seems to be fine it says you're an active member. So now I would go & delete your cookies. For some reason the gallery seems to be sensitive to cookies. Quite a few of us have had problems & deleting the cookies has fixed the problem. Please let us know your status so we can help if need be.

I have issues with signing in every week when I go to post my LO. Sometimes with the forum too. It's a bit of a pain.

I'm got in, I'm going to keep fingers crossed.

Glad to hear you got in. I had trouble in the beginning too. Now you have to learn how to get around. You have to sign in for both gallery and forum.

So glad to hear you got in....believe me we're not happy with the problems either...I know Kristi is looking for a reliable web design/tech person who is affordable..does such a person exsist?..we sure hope so!!!

Scrapinmary--don't feel like it's only you. I had issues at the beginning as well. Deleting cookies and cleaning cache can help. Once I got in the first time, I was good. I had issues uploading as well, but that has finally been working for a while as well.

HAve you ever look into Ning, they are a really good and reliable site. It's something to think about.

i have monkey with a site before helping the owner and I believe it is not the web design it is the site you are using.
