NSD Handmade Kites Challenge ~ WINNER Announced!!!

Happy National Scrapbook Day and welcome to Paper Secrets NSD events!!!

My NSD challenge for you is to create a LAYOUT and include at least one handmade kite. That’s it!

(1) Your layout must be NEW as of May 4, 2012
(2) You cannot combine this challenge with any other Paper Secrets challenge, however you are allowed to combine it with challenges on other sites.
(3) You must upload your layout to the PS gallery and post a link here, no later than Monday May 7th, 11:59 (PST)
