Sqotd 5/10/2012 photo ops

Yesterday my husband had the grand opening of the medexpress center he Is directing. I took several pics of him with everyone, however I didn't get one of us together. What was I thinking? Do you remember to get in the photos?

Hardly ever! I am always taking the photos.

same here. I am normally so busy taking them, I don't normally think to get in them. Or, if I do, it's just one pic out of a LOT of pictures.

Ditto for me. But I do try to remember to get my GF to get one of me.

rarely, and if I do I hate the photo! LOL

yeah that happens to me too. But i have started to make sure I hand the camera to my hubby or someone to take one of me. although i get nervous because invested alot into my camera and always affraid it will get dropped! lol

I saw that on fb! Congrats to you and your hubby! There are very few pics of me anywhere. I'm always the one holding the camera.

I'm getting better with letting the camera go to others so I'm in the photos. With planning the boys bar mitzvah (in 8 more days) I pulled together a montage and tried to include photos of them or us...and that is when I realized how many more I have of Mark and them, and little of me and them...so when we went away this past April, I let my mom take photos of the 4 of us (mom is not a good photographer btw) and I even asked strangers to please snap a photo of the 5 of us...I also purchased photos from the cruise to make sure I had photos of all of us. Mark also took photos of me and the boys...so while it was difficult to rely on others...at least I'm beginning to be apart of my children's life on photo!

Thanks Doris, I'm very proud of him. He is having a great year, he's lost 130 pounds, had a rather sudden job change for the better and has been married to me 20 years. We are very blessed!

I'm never in pictures I do need to work on that it is important for my girls to have pictures of me but I'm not a fan of getting my picture taken.

Nope!!! I hate pictures of myself.

On our first trip on Amtrak - there was Stan there was Stan - none of us together..... so our 2nd trip around the US - I made sure we got some together. I don't usually "like" the pics of me - but at least they make better memories !
