| Has anyone tried making any of the green smoothies? How did you like it?Today I am starting a 3-day detox where all three meals will be nothing but green smoothies. I usually make my own smoothies for breakfast and like them, but have never added the spinach, kale or any other "green" food sources. I love vegetables and just hoping that I can drink the smoothie after mixing in the "greens"  | |

| Ok, I've been wondering how this would be. I've wanted to start incorporating more greens in our smoothies but i've been a chicken. So you think it was ok? | |

| Kelly this 3 day one is for detoxing, but my sister started adding spinach to her smoothies about 2 months ago and she loves them. All it does it turn the smoothie green, you do not really taste. After my 3 day detox I will start making my regular smoothies using eigher spinach, kale, collard greens, bok choy or any other type of leafy green.
Yesterday I used spinach in two of the smoothies and was scared to try the kale because it has a lot stronger flavor, but the kale was not bad.

| I've tried some different "green" smoothies at Costco when they're demonstrating that professional Jaba Juice type blender...I liked them you would really never know those things are in there except for the color..even tried spinach ice cream..it was good! | |
