September Supply Challenge - due 9/30

Do you have something in your stash that YOU JUST HAD TO HAVE & then never used? I have lots of them! So our challenge this month is to use those items & to use as many of them as we can. Let's dig real deep & try to use the oldest item possible.

2. What made you HAVE TO HAVE these items?

I used these pipe cleaners/chenille stems as my old supply used in a new way!

1. When did you buy the items? oh so many years ago, too many to count. Likely before 2000 (I save ALL scrappy supplies)
2. What made you HAVE TO HAVE these items? Saw someone make a flower out of a chenille stem and thought- how clever. Plus they are cheap!
3. Is there a reson why you never used them? Oh, what to do with them?? It didn't even cross my mind to do more then flowers with these until I saw someone else do it. Lift, lift!!

This is really cute & I love the paint on the background too. I also bought the pipe cleaners a long time ago. I made a heart one time but never actually used it on a project. Another fun idea for them is to cut them in half, spiral them up & use them in your flower/leaf clusters.

HEre is my layout for the supply challenge.
I used older MM alphas, MM clear tag & frame, MM chipboard heart; the calendar strip is MME. This was a lot of fun!!
