October Mfg. Challenge - due 10/31

How many of you have the My Mind's Eye Fever like I do? I buy just about every collection & duplicates, even triplicates, of several designs. I have a feeling that many of you have the MME Fever too! So my challenge to you is to use as much of it as you can this month. Layer it up, make a mini book or create a fun group of cards or even create am altered project. The choice is yours, just use that MME stash you love to hoard!

Wohoo! so excited to participate in this one. I used MME Bohemian on a couple of pages in the 8x8 wedding album I created as a gift for my Mom. The beautiful wedding couple is my son and daughter-in-law.

Gorgeous Layouts Julie!

Ok... I finished this challenge... and OMG!!! It has been one of those weeks! I was sick this week and then started feeling better yesterday evening. So I decide, Imma scrap!!!! So I scrapped last night and then got up at 3:30 am this morning and spent a good portion of the day scrapping. ButI guess i was still MENTALLY SICK becuase I never had such bad luck with my scrapping. Here is what happened:

a) I broke my glass mat last night.
b) I created a layout last night (for the technique challenge) and I was almost done when I realized my heart paper (main paper) was upside down. So i had to take everything off and work around the stamps that I had ALREADY applied on the layout!
c) I create the LO for this challenge. I decided I wanted to stitch on it. Well my sewing machine had tension issues. So i take my WHOLE sewing machine apart and try to fix it. No luck. I spent the majority of my day on this. then I decide to take it to a repair place. They tell me nothing is wrong. I bring it home, it is acting a little bit better, so i go ahead and stitch on my layout. I actually did 3 different stitches (first one is just holes because the thread was acting up). Anyway, It comes out looking really cute. When I come to upload it.... i realize.............. I SPELLED THE TITLE WRONG! And the biggest problem... I decided to outline the letters (which i told myself I would never do again). So how do you fix this problem? YUP... Paint! So I had to apply paint to cover it up and redo the title. Now my layout looks like a piece of *hit! LOL

I never had so much bad luck scrapping! Anyway, I will post the final piece tomorrow once the paint drys!

OH NO Rochelle!! Don't you just hate days like that??!! I hope you are feeling much better and things go a bit more smoothly for you!

I've definitely had scrapping moments like that! Wow! I'm so sorry. Sometimes they end up looking better than they would have. I'm sure that will be the case with yours. You do such beautiful work. I look forward to seeing it.

I used papers from MME's Complete Boy Stack. I thought the paper was a little too girly, so I turned it into a girly page by adding blue tulle, Prima crystals, and a Prima butterfly. All edges are distressed.
