Here is my take on the sketch (which I loved btw):

I used:
3+ flowers
3 patterned papers
chipboard
photo corners
metal hardware (I think, I used metal flowers and a paperclip)

For technique, I distressed the edges of the chipboard journal area and the blue patterned paper with ink.

I used felt and fabric flowers (3), ribbon, chipboard letters, and a metal circle paper clip. I also inked the journal box and used a border punch.
