When you buy something new, do you use it right away or stash it?

I usually try to use it within the next few projects but it doesn't always work out that way. Embarassed

I leave it alone for a while!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand using something right away.. I need to have it laying out on one of my desks for a few days before I can get into it! Weird... I know! (I even do this with clothes!!).

For me it all depends whether I bought it specifically for a certain project that I am working on at that moment or not. If it is it get's used up right away. Otherwise I tend to leave it for a while. Hence the HUGE stash I have in my scrap room! Embarassed

I have done both too. It depends on what i bought. If it was for something specific or if it is just toooo darn cute then I probably use it right away!

I wish I could say I use it right away, but I'm more likely to keep it for awhile. Sadly, that's why so many great products that I got when they were brand stinkin' new have now become this huge stash, while I continue to acquire stuff.
