| Let's face it, most of it spend a fortune on scrappy stuff but who doesn't love a deal? Here are some ideas for saving money on scrappy stuff.
- Make your own glitter spray
- Stickles are the rage, but at $2 each, I find the off brand at Michael's in the $1 section works just as well.
- Pens dried up?? Spray STAZ ON stamp cleaner on a stamp cleaning pad (or a paper towel) and work the end of the pen around and around in it. After you get them to work again, store tip/ink side down.
- Seen the new Sew Easy tool? You can buy just the heads without the handle and works fine! Saves money too!
- Save you scraps. USE THEM!! Once you have a big pile, make a page WITHOUT a photo (I know, scary!!) You might be surprised how much you like it. Then print a pic to go with the finished page later.
- Use coupons like 40% off and shop sales.
- Only buy what you will use this month, i.e. projects currently on your radar.

| Set yourself a goal to use 3 x old products on your next 5 layouts. Set a date..."I will not buy any new/use only old supplies on my layouts this month. Paint mismatched alpha's. Use paper scraps, and "whitewash" with watered down paint to tie them all together. Look at different ways on using items in your stash. eg Use photo corners as arrows. | |
