My system is similar to Kristi's and it has worked out great. The only difference is I have the Rubbermaid drawer carts, not Iris carts. I'm an SU demo and I have a ton of the old wooden sets. These are all turned on their side inside the drawers so I can see the name of the stamp set...no digging. I have my carts numbered 1-3 and inside my binders I have different tabs for each cart/drawer. For example, C1D3 means Cart 1, drawer 3. On the plastic cases, near the name of the stamp set, I will write 1-3. That way when I get through with a set I know which cart/drawer it belongs to. When I get a new stamp set I will scan the label images and add it to my binder under the appropriate tab. The newer DVD case sets (clear-mount) I keep on a bookshelf.
