QOTD 8/12

Ok, obviously am late on this one... I thought I did it, but I don't see it! I have been so TIRED lately...all the time!

So my question is this...

What do you do to regain your energy when you feel this way? I just can't seem to keep up this month! I had pneumonia last month & I think this is just residual tiredness from all that. I hope. I hope I'm not just *gasp* OLD now.

Haven't figured this one out yet, so when you figure it out, please let me know.

Oh no, are you taking a vitamin and getting enough protein. Even 2 chewable flintstones with iron could do the trick. My husband even takes them per our nutrionist. And make sure your getting at least 50 grams of protein. I can always tell if I'm not.

Or even sometimes just a walk in the sun.

Thanks. Maybe it is some sort of vitamin deficiency. I spend 15 min. in the sun everyday (under an umbrella) on recess duty and always feel WORSE afterwards. Though I do live in AZ and it's freaking hot here. : /
