| I love paint. My Mom was an artist and painted so beautifully. I have used paint on the edges of photos and papers as well as a background for photos, but I would love to learn creative ways to use paint on layouts. What is your favorite way lately to use paint on layouts?

| I'm really not into paint, but I've been using it on chipboard letters...basically because I have so many odd ones...that I'm trying to make them go together so by painting them...they maybe different types...but atleast match! Thanks to the NSD challenge for this :) | |

| I like to do paint splatters on the background of the layouts. I also paint the edges of paper and photos... sometimes. | |

| I rarely use paint because I do not like to get messy, but love how others use paint in various ways on their layouts! | |

| I've used various techniques for adding paint to a project including all the ones that have been mentioned. One that has not is stamping with acrylic paint & that acts as a resist when you go over it with distress ink here's an example I did of that technique...the background of this tag was done using stamped acrylic paint & distress ink | |

| I love the look of paint on LO's. I either use a paint brush for some background strokes, water it down and use a straw to blow it around, or just dot it on. | |
